Do you have any climbing experience? I want to hear from you! I would love to get your perspective and advice on climbing and training for the sport.
The goal for me is to have fun, learn some technical skills, build some muscle, and lose more weight. Climbing is a TOTAL BODY workout. It takes everything to really excel at it, and I love that climbing is as much a mental challenge as it is physical. It is a sport that teaches and requires it’s athletes to be highly self-reliant. On top of that it is something you do all around the world. I love the idea of traveling and finding a new rock to climb. It is just another perspective to acquire of the world.

I think a good attitude to have is “I’ll try anything once.” It is a fun way to experience new things and learn about yourself and your personality. I am looking forward to the challenge of rock climbing and will definitely share my thoughts, experiences, and some tricks of the trade that I learn along the way.
